For Christmas gifts, I ordered and quickly received the "Peacock" and "Golden Peacock" for my two daughters. They were as beautiful as pictured with glowing colors, flawless finish, and lovely presentation in their gift box. My daughters, who are frequent hot tea drinkers were anxious to try them out. Or, if not fans of hot drinks, they are indeed lovely to simply display. My only suggestion, however, is that they could be a bit larger to hold more tea.

I've actually bought from Tenmokus before and really loved my previous purchases. I love that each design is unique, and the cup size is perfect for enjoying some tea. The Emerald which I just bought is a beautiful, rich color, that invokes a sense of peace. I also bought the Vampire design this time too, which sits a little higher than the Emerald. It is a bold, deep red, and the design is sharper and filled with strength compared to the softer, lower sitting Emerald. The final design that I bought was the Harmony. This design does not look like any of the other cups I have purchased from Tenmokus, but I picked it for the fine details and the delicate shape of the cup. Where the other designs instill strong emotions through their color and shape, the Harmony's intricate painted details express a culture and history through their images. The Harmony is also the only design that I have purchased as a pair. I truly appreciate and value the artistic accomplishment and usability of the Tenmokus designs. These are definite conversation starters and pieces of art.
