How do the Monthly Subscription Plan work?
Each month you will receive our exquisite tea cups you won't find anywhere else. Our subscription is available in two packages:
Do I need to repurchase every month?
Nope! Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you are good to go.
Can I use a discount code?
Nope, sorry! Discount codes are not valid on our monthly subscription plan because they are already at discounted value.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account and skip whichever upcoming month you want.
When will I be charged?
Your billing date will be the day you purchase the monthly subscription plan, and you will always be charged on that date moving forward. You have the opportunity to change your billing date in your account. For example, if you purchased your first subscription on the 20th of a month, you will be charged every month on the 20th until cancellation.
Where can I update my shopping & billing information?
To update your shipping or billing information simply login here. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. In this subscription management page you have the functionality to change your billing information, shipping information, and more. Alternatively, you may email us at email@example.com with your request, along with your new shipping/billing address.
Is Shipping included in the monthly subscription plan price?
No, shipping is not included. Shipping cost is $14.99 USD for all countries around the world except Canada. Canada shipping costs $24.99 USD. Any duties, taxes, customs or fees levied are direct responsibility of the customer.
How do I cancel?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the Subscription manger page. Simply login here and click the "Manage Subscription" link to access this page. At the bottom of the screen you will see the option to cancel your subscription. As long as you do this before your billing date, your subscription will not auto-renew. If you have any trouble, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I decided I don't want my cups, can I have a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds on monthly subscription box purchases except in extreme circumstances. We only issue exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please make sure you are confident in the plan you are purchasing before you place your order.
Can I request specific cups I want for that month?
Nope! We keep the them as a surprise. We will choose the cups for you, so no special requests can be accommodated at this time. Purchasing single cups from our store is the best way to ensure you’ll receive the exact cup you want.
Will I ever receive the same tea cups?
The chances of having a product repeated within a year would be extremely rare because we have got a huge collection of tea cups.
When can I expect my first shipment?
After you sign up, your tea cups can take up to 3 days to process and be shipped. Once your package has shipped from our warehouse, it should arrive within an estimated 7 - 10 business days. We’ll send you an email once your tea cups have been shipped.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. Keep an eye out for that email!
