The Jellyfish is fascinating. In some light it appears to be a dark mix of inky blues and sliver, at other times lighter. The gold rim is exquisite. Shipping was very quick, it arrived in a matter of days. The company is quick to respond to inquiries. The box the cup comes in is well padded, protecting the cup and making it most suitable for gift giving. I've bought the Dream, Deep Ocean and Deep Ocean teacups as well. They are all so lovely that I can't keep my eyes off of them, and they are a real pleasure to hold. The size and weight is just right. I love them all.

I recently purchased the Jellyfish Jian Zhan Tenmoku teacup from Tenmokus, and I am simply in awe of its beauty. This delicate blue and shiny teacup is the smallest of the bunch, but it has certainly made a big impression on me. I also had an issue with a lost package, but Yuki, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful in sending me a replacement. The uniqueness of the cups make them so very special. I admit I have not seen them in-person; they were sent as a gift but my daughter is thrilled with them.
As important is the remarkable customer service. The cups were shipped promptly - tracking steps could be followed - and, presumably, expensively. Because of a delivery foul-up (FedEx!), there was damage to the carton with our items that were delivered late, with one item missing because of FedEx’s mishandling. I advised Tenmokus of the problem, received a prompt reply, and a replacement piece was sent without question or delay. Tenmokus (Looking at you, Yuki!) has set a standard for customer service. Many, many thanks and we will be repeat customers.
