I can't really speak much about the craftsmanship of the teacup I received after all. This is my very first Japanese made teacup but even that being the case. It being my first one I could definitely say that it's the best even though prior never had one before even so I definitely seen plenty of them on either TV or movies and compare to those that I've seen this tea cup is by far the best in beauty as well as quality and overall craftsmanship. So without doubt I can say this purchase and The teacup I received is fantastic. But the package or rather the box that I received within the package did have a water stain at least I think it is though I still gave it five stars because I know the contents within the Box is far more important and the cup itself came in perfect condition without any harm so I have no complaints just observations. In any case as a whole thank you so much for making this wonderful tea cup I absolutely love it and I'll definitely be ordering more of these in the future to come specifically from you Tenmoku's Company so Thank You. I hope you continue to make more wonderful and beautifully made as well as heartfelt teacups in the future to come.

After receiving one of these beautiful cups as a gift I have bought five pieces for a significant birthday gift for a friend. I was astonished at how quickly they arrived in Australia and the care and thought that had gone into packing them. The individual boxes were securely packed into the mailed package. The boxes themselves are quite beautiful and elegant and inside of them were the securely cradled individual cups.
