1. 看釉色。

这几乎是挑选所有瓷器的首要标准,但笔者并不想说哪种釉色更好,因为审美的差异使得这种比较没有答案。然而,我们往往过于在意谁更好或更差,这并非一个成熟的建盏收藏家应有的态度。如果你有这种心态,我想提醒你,它的坏处在于你过于急于寻找一个标准答案,而给你这个答案的人可能会影响你的判断甚至偏好。我能提供的建议是,推荐一些选择你喜欢的釉色的方法:

“建盏色泽乌绿,兔毛纹路均匀光滑,方为上品。”这句话我们都听过,但在我们选择兔毛品种时,它并没有太大的意义。原因很简单:这是宋徽宗说的,他见过的建盏比我们多得多。所以,不要轻信任何人的话。你必须对自己的喜好有足够的信心,因为收藏建盏的乐趣在于你的喜好,而别人的喜好与我们无关。

兔毛纹的种类有很多,包括黄色、银色、蓝色、红色、金色等等。大多数师傅制作的建盏都是黄色兔毛纹的,银色兔毛纹的则比较少见。

均匀度。

建盏上的油滴纹路一般情况下越均匀越好,但也不是绝对的,有很多独特的建盏,油滴纹路分布不均匀,反而赏心悦目。

油滴标记的大小。

油滴纹的大小与烧成温度、烧成气氛和釉料有关,其中温度的影响最大。温度越高,结晶附着在黑釉表面的面积越大,油滴的流动和积聚也越多。然而,较大的油滴并不一定意味着制作难度更高。选择建盏时,完全取决于个人喜好,无论是像星空般精致的小油滴,还是像斑驳的油滴,都应根据个人喜好。

目前市面上釉色有几十种,以蓝色、银色为主,也有金色、黄色、红色、绿色、彩虹色等颜色,选择时建议不要刻意追求独特的颜色。

晶莹质感

晶体结构实际上是一个比较模糊的概念。我很难解释清楚,所以就用“玻璃化效果”这个说法来折中一下。一般来说,还原气氛越重,玻璃化效果越差,晶体的活性也越高。因此,纹理的优劣很难准确判断。

通过观察胎体颜色来判断是否为铁泥胎并不准确,因为还原烧和氧化烧会导致胎体颜色不同。之所以有“灰胎”的说法,是因为市面上大部分产品都是油滴胎,采用还原烧,胎体呈现灰色。氧化烧或弱还原烧成的胎体,则可能呈现黄色、褐色或其他颜色。

用磁铁来判断它是否由铁泥制成也不准确。这种方法非常直观,但极其不准确,因为胎体的厚度、釉料的厚度、磁铁的磁性和大小都会影响准确性。

需要查一下师傅的信誉吗?

是的,通常建议查看大师的口碑。一般来说,大师越出名,就越可靠。大师的口碑来自于其作品在市场上的认可和被广泛传播。因此,对技法、包装和推广的要求相对较高。

不必过于担心,因为建站的发展时间还比较短,才流行了3-4年而已。大部分高手的技术水平差距并不大。一个职业通常至少需要20年的时间才会出现明显的技术差距。过于在意名声,可能会增加被骗的风险。

不要因为新晋大师还未成名就错过他们的作品。目前,建站大师的数量正以每年近百人的速度增长,他们的作品数量众多,质量上乘,价格也相对有优势。
