什么是结晶分离?

结晶分离是指晶体的析出,也可以称为结晶。

晶体是指原子、离子或分子排列成特定规则几何图案的固体。晶体的宏观外观特征是相当规则的横截面和特定的形状。

由于晶体具有固定的结构,同一种原子/离子/分子以不同的结构排列,就会形成不同的晶体,不同的晶体结构又会带来不同的物理和化学性质。

建盏在烧制过程中,会形成不同成分、结构的晶体,产生无限的组合可能,从而形成丰富多彩的建盏釉色。

比如,单是“油滴”釉就有好几种。

但如果建盏釉色的形成只是通过结晶分离,那就没有必要称之为分相结晶釉了。

众所周知,建盏的黑色底釉是由玻璃制成的。

什么是相分离?

建盏釉色众多的关键在于将铁和氧化铁从底釉中分离出来。

建盏所用的胎体和釉料中的铁,可能以三价铁、二价铁、甚至纯铁的形式从底釉玻璃中分离出来。

但分离不一定是以结晶的形式进行,也可以是以相分离的形式进行,即以非晶态进行分离。

什么是“相”?

“相”是指物质的特定状态,例如气体、固体或液体,这些状态被视为一个相。

水在0℃以下结冰,在0℃至100℃之间以液态存在,在100℃以上变成水蒸气,这是三相变的典型例子。

当不同相混合在一起并变得足够均匀时,它们就形成均质相,例如盐和糖溶解在水中形成均质溶液。

如果它们不能互相溶解,且边界清楚,如水中的油滴,只要搅拌就很容易分离,这就称为相分离。
