中国工匠陈国文:他的殷皓剑,如同王国公主般高贵、魅力十足!

回望岁月长河,宋代茶文化发展的巅峰时期,建盏在众多陶瓷中脱颖而出,被誉为茶道圣器,无数文人墨客推崇推崇,宋徽宗也亲自题词,在《大观茶论》中记载:“建盏色泽青黑,有玉纹者为佳。”回想当年,“君臣同饮建盏,文人墨客同乐”,盛况空前!

在宋代建盏盛行的陶瓷盛世中,殷镐建无疑是其中的精品。其形似兔毛,栩栩如生,纹饰繁复细腻,淋漓尽致。釉面温润润泽,霜花点缀其间,交相辉映。其纹饰色彩独特雅致,纹理中流露出一种含蓄神秘的自然色泽。难怪见惯了珍品的宋徽宗对其倾心不已,赞叹不已。

千年之后,如今,失落的珍宝在近800年后重生,一代又一代的建站工匠正在让祖传的建站文化重现昔日的辉煌,陈国文就是其中之一。

陈国文是南平市建阳区水集镇人,从小就对建窑文化十分着迷。陈国文的姑姑家就住在窑炉旁边,每次去姑姑家,他都会带着弟弟,听老人们讲述建窑的故事。正是在这样的熏陶下,年幼的陈国文心中萌生了一颗颗萌芽的种子,“建窑”二字深深地刻在了他的心里。

1979年9月,由中央工艺美术学院、福建省科委、福建省轻工业学院、建阳陶瓷厂等单位组成的研究组,致力于复兴失传数百年的建盏古技艺。2011年,“建窑建盏烧制技艺”被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

“那时候,我对建盏痴迷到了废寝忘食的地步,最喜欢的事情就是去各个窑场看师傅烧制建盏。”

陈国文对建盏的热爱,让他萌生了自己烧制建盏的想法。然而,当时建盏工艺刚刚复兴,能烧制建盏的师傅并不多。于是,陈国文买了一个小窑,尝试自己烧制建盏。一年365天,有200多天他孜孜不倦地尝试,没有师傅的指导,只凭着对建盏的热爱和热爱。然而,他烧制出来的建盏并不理想,瑕疵颇多。

或许是坚持,或许是缘分,一次偶然的机会,陈国文结识了阙美娇大师,而他凭借着自己对剑道的执着和热爱,最终打动了阙美娇大师。

恩师的出现,改变了陈国文的建盏之路。每次烧制建盏,陈国文都会立即向恩师请教。在阙美娇师傅的指导下,陈国文的建盏烧制技艺飞速提升,烧制出的建盏也愈发精美。

谈起自己的拿手好戏——银毫剑,陈国文感慨地叹息道:“有一次窑火控制不好,想烧油滴纹,结果烧成了银毫纹。我发现银毫纹更有特色,更能体现老建窑的韵味,于是便潜心研究银毫纹的烧制技艺。”

建盏自然形成,其窑变纹饰也具有一定的随意性,故有“烧成一色,出窑万色”之说。陈国文与殷浩建的结缘,也是一种天赐。

银毫纹不易烧制,窑温变化、油柴用量等因素都会对其产生重大影响,尤其需要精确的克重计量。只有在极高的温度下,釉面才能流动,形成银毫纹饰的玉质纹路。为了防止图案在高温下氧化,需要精准而强烈的还原反应。建盏纹饰的形成过程难以预测,而银毫纹饰的烧制更是难上加难。除了技艺之外,运气也起着至关重要的作用,因此高品质的银毫建盏极为罕见。

相同的原料,在不同窑炉、不同窑位、不同季节、不同气候以及不同烧制方法下烧制,都会产生截然不同的纹饰和釉色,最终成品难以预测。因此,每一件建盏都独具个性,独一无二,堪称一件珍品。随着科技的进步,许多陶瓷产品可以定制,但建盏却无法定制。它的窑变纹饰难以预测,只能听天由命。
