建盏皆有不同程度的“瑕疵”,但这些瑕疵并非真正的瑕疵。古人的审美将这种朴素自然、人为无法控制的美感视为一种美,也就是人们常说的“玉液”。

在高温烧成过程中,釉料会流动,到一定温度后便会停止流动,使釉料凝固在特定的位置。古人也用“珠大者真”来形容建盏的这一特点。

相比较而言,如果纹饰相似,带玉液的建盏比不带玉液的建盏更为稀少。玉液越多,且无损的建盏越少见。玉液越接近杯底,越少见,收藏价值也就越高。

开骈。

开片是瓷器釉面自然开裂的现象,因此不被视为缺陷。相反,人们掌握了开片的纹饰,并创造了裂纹釉,成为瓷器的一种特殊装饰。宋代汝窑、官窑和哥窑均有烧制此类瓷器。开片又称“冰裂纹”,按颜色可分为鳝血纹、金丝纹、淡黄鱼子纹等,按形状可分为格纹、梅花纹、细裂纹等。

因此,建窑瓷器大多有裂纹釉工序,而形成裂纹的时间长短不一,有的茶杯出窑后立刻就有裂纹,有的则需要几天的时间才能显现出裂纹。

建盏釉面有针孔。

如果仔细观察或使用放大镜,可能会发现一些建盏的釉面有微小的针孔。许多茶杯爱好者质疑这些针孔是否属于瑕疵。事实上,建盏的工艺决定了这些针孔会出现在成品上。众所周知,建盏采用含铁量较高的粘土制成,而其他瓷器则使用高岭土。即使是最熟练的工匠,即使釉面良好,也无法完全消除表面小孔的形成。但是,他们可以尽量减少这些孔隙的大小和数量。因此,这些针孔不能被视为瑕疵。

这其实是建站行业的一句俗话:“没有针孔,就没有建站;没有建站,就没有针孔”。

龟裂

像这样的局部裂纹肯定是瑕疵。不过,现在有些工匠专门烧制这种裂纹茶杯,称之为“茶树杯”。如果真是这样,裂纹就不能称之为瑕疵,而应该说是一种独特的茶杯品种。

煮过头或烧焦。

这种釉色,如同上文提到的缩釉,是否为瑕疵,是相对而言的,没有明确的定义,都属于特殊釉面。许多茶碗爱好者将其视为玩赏和收藏的另类茶碗品种。“灰皮釉”的微烧茶碗和“柿红釉”的微烧茶碗,都是灰釉茶碗类别中颇受欢迎的品种。

器皿底部略微不平整。

建盏茶碗置于平整的桌面上,可能会略微晃动。仔细观察,这通常是由于碗底附着了泥土颗粒或异物所致。一般情况下,用砂纸打磨至碗底平整即可,这并非瑕疵。

触摸茶碗边缘,有颗粒感。

建盏在制作过程中会添加石英砂,这不仅能形成铁胎,还能增强陶土的耐热性,降低茶碗的废品率。由于茶碗口部几乎无釉,石英砂并未完全覆盖。这可能会导致肉眼可见的小突起,或用手触摸时出现颗粒感。但这种现象不属于缺陷。

建盏茶碗采用原矿釉和天然材料,所用的泥土也是建盏独有的。茶碗上的纹饰是釉料和碗身双重作用的结果。因此,碗身或釉料的任何不均匀,都必然会导致釉面出现斑驳或色差。

建盏茶碗烧成釉色繁多,温度范围狭窄,哪怕只有1摄氏度的温差,纹饰都会发生很大的变化,如此狭窄的烧成阈值自然更容易出现不均匀的情况。

口沿釉质略显干涩。

首先需要指出的是,很多茶碗爱好者被一些“伪专家”误导,他们声称任何边缘干燥的建盏茶碗都是劣质品。这完全是错误的。

建盏首先是一个完整的器物。某些纹饰可能需要更高的烧制温度和更大的釉料流动性,导致口沿的釉料比碗的其他部分更薄。因此,有些纹饰出现口沿干裂的情况是正常的。宋代古董建盏也存在这种情况,这是无法避免的。
