These are shipping charges, separate from the product price. Available methods and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment and depend on your order weight and delivery address. Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days; transit estimates start after dispatch. For destinations outside the United States, check the available rate at checkout or contact support@tenmokus.com before ordering.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable taxes collected by Tenmokus are shown at checkout before payment. Import VAT, customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges that are not collected at checkout are not included and may be payable by the recipient on delivery. Charges depend on your destination country. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers who reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
