建盏是中国传统瓷器,宋代宫廷用作茶具。由于采用常烧,口沿釉层较薄,而杯底釉层较厚。外壁常施半釉,以免烧成时粘底。由于高温下釉料流动,出现挂釉现象,俗称“釉泪”或“釉滴”。这是建盏的特色之一。

在使用建盏饮茶的过程中,茶叶中的一种物质(皂素)会附着在建盏釉面的结晶上,形成一层薄膜,在光线的折射下,呈现出色彩斑斓的彩虹效果。

时间越长,薄膜的面积越大,整个杯子内壁就会呈现出五彩缤纷的彩虹效果。

茶友们一般喜欢养什么样的建盏呢?

茶友一般偏爱釉面结晶量高、结晶质感强的建盏,如银斑油滴建盏、银斑鹧鸪斑建盏、银斑兔毛建盏等。

培育建盏其实很简单,就三点:

  1. 选择一株适合培育的好建盏。
  2. 选择适合滋养建盏的茶。
  3. 用正确的方法培育建盏。

建盏培育方法,供参考!

  1. 对于新的建盏,与宜兴紫砂壶类似,建议先用橙色的茶水(例如武夷岩茶或普洱熟茶)煮建盏,用小火慢慢煮很长时间(时间越长越好)。(曾经有一位顾客的建盏,他尝试用茶水煮两次,每次一小时,然后晾干,彩虹色立刻就出现了。)煮的时候,建盏釉面会出现许多小气泡,这说明建盏正在与茶水融合,毛孔在吸收茶水的同时释放气体。这个方法也可以去除金属味。
  2. 使用方法?只需用它泡茶,喝完后倒掉,用清水冲洗,倒扣,自然风干即可。几乎无需清洗。

如果别人用了剑盏,需要消毒,很简单。只要像新的一样继续用,用茶水煮一下,小火慢慢煮。这样既能滋养剑盏,又能消毒。

有人说要用牙刷刷剑盏,而且养剑盏的方法很复杂(我在这里建议,千万不要用硬物刷剑盏,很容易损坏)。但我从来没刷过剑盏。等朋友喝完茶走后,我才烧热炉子养剑盏。

  1. 建盏养成过程的变化:建盏养成有一个过渡期,一开始是金黄色,然后逐渐过渡到彩虹般的色彩。适合养成的建盏,第一个特点就是会很快呈现金黄色,大概喝了一下午茶就能显现出来。

对于初次养护建盏的茶友,请不要以为喝了几天茶之后出现的金黄色就是铁锈色,这只是一个过渡期。

养护建盏,要勤用、常洗、慢养。

“勤用”:用建盏勤喝茶。

“勤清洗”:每天喝完最后一杯茶后,将茶水倒掉,用开水冲洗,然后将建盏倒置在通风良好的地方。每三至五天用牙膏清洗一次。

“慢养”:剑盏需慢养,正常使用即可。切勿将剑盏浸泡在茶水中,试图快速显出彩虹般的色彩。

培育建盏如同培育心灵,需要耐心。随着时间的推移,美丽的彩虹终将绽放!我想提醒大家,任何东西都是慢慢积累的,所以不要太过急躁,以免损坏你的收藏。
