Initially, I made a mistake during my ordering process, but I was able to talk to Yuki, and she helped smooth everything over, so that I was completely happy with the service I received. When the cups arrived I was very happy with the presentation box - that was a real quality detail. As for the cups themselves, they are absolutely beautiful. Keep up the great work. These days it’s hard to find quality products, but yours are better than I had hoped for.

I purchased several just recently. All different gold interiors and I also bought 2 red cranes. I am fussy about tea cups. These were all very pretty, and the colors are as brilliant as in the photos, but they do not keep the tea hotter longer, as advertised. For that, I much prefer my china cups. (And I always pour hot water into the cups and empty them right before pouring in the hot tea to maintain temp.) The gold interior cups were the size of a regular tea cup and larger than I expected. I am used to a handled cup but didn't find these awkward to use at all.
But what about the metal used to make these? Is it safe to drink from them on a regular basis?
