How much is shipping to the United States, and how long does it take?
U.S. Standard shipping starts at US$17.99 with an estimated 8–15 business days in transit. U.S. Express shipping starts at US$24.99 with an estimated 5–7 business days. Final charges appear at checkout before payment and depend on order weight and address. Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days; transit estimates start after dispatch. See Shipping & Returns.
What about duties, taxes, and shipping outside the U.S.?
Applicable taxes shown at checkout may apply. Import duties or taxes in your country may be due on delivery and are generally the recipient’s responsibility. For rates outside the United States, check checkout or email support@tenmokus.com before ordering. Details: Shipping & Returns.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email support@tenmokus.com to start a return. Full terms: Shipping & Returns and Refund policy.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying?
After payment is accepted, orders move quickly into fulfillment, so the cancellation window is very short. Email support@tenmokus.com as soon as possible with subject line Cancellation, your full name, and order number. We’ll tell you what we can do. See Shipping & Returns.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
Please follow the current guidance on our Shipping & Returns page for damage and loss handling, and email support@tenmokus.com with your order number and photos when relevant. (Damage/carrier wording may be updated—always use the live policy page.)
What is Jianzhan / Tenmoku teaware?

Do you publish food-safety lab certificates for every cup?
